Lesson From A World Champion Tennis Player.

Arthur Ashe Was Born On July 10, 1943, In The U.S.(Virginia).  He lived with his mother, Mattie, It Was About An Year He Started Playing Tennis And His Mother Passed Away .She Died Of Heart Stroke. In 1950 He Met Ronald Charity One Of The Best  Tennis Players In The Nation. He Began Working With him Regularly, He Learned  All The Storke’s And Form. By 1953 It Was Apparent Arthur Had A Talent For Tennis. He Broke The Color Barrier And Started Playing For The U.S In 1963. Arthur Ashe Became  One Of The Best Tennis Players Who Ever Lived.

There Are Four Major Tournaments In The World Of Tennis. The U.S. Open, The French Open, The Australian Open, And The Wimbledon.
Arthur Ashe Won The Us. Open In 1968. He Won The Australian Open In 1970. Then He Won Wimbledon In 1975. After Winning Three Big Tennis Tournaments. He Was Among The Top Popular Sports Person In The World. At The Peak Of His Career In 1983 He Fell Ill And After Diagnosis It Was Clear That To Live Further He Had To Go For Bypass Surgery. He Acquired H.I.V From A Blood Transfusion He Received During Heart Bypass Surgery In 1983. This News Spread Like Wildfire. And Many People Including His Fans Wrote Many Letters Of Sympathy. Everybody Was Sympathizing With Him. He Received Many Letters Of Sympathy But Never Replied To Any Of Them. Once A Fifteen-year-old Boy Wrote To Arthur Ash. In His Letter He Writes ” When I Meet God I Will Ask Him Why He Did Do This To You.” Arthur Never Replied To Any Letter. But He Replied To This Particular  Letter. And This Letter Is Carved On The Wall Of Wimbledon Stadium. He Replies” Little Boy I Understand Your Feeling Because You Love Me, But Listen To Me Very Carefully Every Year 50 Million Children Dream Of Playing Tennis. Out Of 50 Million Children Only 5 Million Children Hold Racket At Least Once In Their Lifetime. Out Of 5 Million, Only 5 Lakh People Play At School And University Levels. Out Of 5 Lakh Players Only 50000 Players Become Professional Tennis Players. Out Of 50000 Professional Tennis Players Only 5000 Players Are Able To Play Full-time Tennis. Out Of 5000 Full-time Players Only 500 Are Selected For Wimbledon. Out Of 500 Only 4, Players Make Their Way To the Semi-Finals. Two Players Make Their Way To The Final And One Player lifts The Cup. And God Has Chosen Me Thrice To Lift The Cup. When I Was Chosen By God To Lift The Cup. I Never Questioned Him “Why Me”? “Why Did You Choose Me To Lift The Cup? .
So In My Good Time, I Never Questioned Him “Why Me?” So In My Bad Times, I Have No Right To Question God Why Did This Happen To Me? And This Reply Is Engraved On A Wall In Wimbledon. Arthur Ashe’s Message To The World Is Very Simple .” Always Have The Attitude Of Gratitude”.
Be Thankful For Whatever You Have Accomplished. And Don’t Blame Circumstances, God, And Family For Bad Times.
